Cathy began her career in 1992 working in Advertising as a Print Buyer. She transitioned to managing an in-house printing facility; working with an array of production equipment that handled high volume variable document printing and mailing. She specializes in SP hardware and software implantation and has over 20 years’ experience in the document composition, printing and fulfillment industry. During her tenure as Printing Manager, Cathy designed numerous systems that provided zero-defect accountability from data submission through mailing, including reprints. In addition, she developed training classes for colleagues on how to properly design and produce cost effective print. The experience she gained with training brought her to Quadient 4.5 years ago where she currently is a member of the PSO team and functions as the Senior Technical Trainer for Quadient Americas.
